In-House Tooling
A critical piece of providing turnkey service is our newly enhanced in-house capability for producing plugs and molds. This gives you maximum control of your tooling and carves out risk, cost and time from your project. Our tooling department has both 5 and 3-axis CNC routers.
Design Center for DFMA
On the front end of a project, MFG’s in-house design group provides professional engineering staff to support new products and product improvements. It is an integrated and fully focused part of the MFG organization. For new product designs or design revision/updates the group can provide detailed designs analysis and propose design recommendations that can improve manufacturability to help lower cost.
R&D Laboratory for Materials Development and Testing
Our corporate R&D lab is the largest and best-equipped in-house laboratory in the composites industry and provides deep expertise in materials testing, material and process selection, along with the ability to rigorously test and verify product integrity.
Finishing and Assembly Services
Last – we offer finishing and assembly services as well as packaging for damage-free transportation.
