Manufacturing Production Team

Production Teammate

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  Produce a quality lamination and quality finished surface on the product according to the standard procedures and perform to labor standards as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  A summary of the essential function of the position includes but are not limited to the following:

  1. Possess an understanding of the requirements to produce a quality-finished surface on the product.
  2. Possess the ability to produce a quality lamination according to the work instructions.
  3. Have a basic knowledge of the various tools (grinders, sanders, routers, and buffers) and grades of sandpaper involved in finishing.
  4. Work in a team concept, assisting other teammates to achieve quality standards and labor standards as assigned.
  5. Observe all Company policies regarding safety and OSHA regulations.
  6. Assist with other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned. These duties may include the following: The installation of barrel nuts and “T” bolts, drilling blade root end, platform installation, blade balancing, post mold & lamination.


  1. Education: High school graduate or GED preferred but not required
  2. Experience: NONE REQUIRED / Onsite Training Provided

SCHEDULE:  4/10 (First Shift) – Monday through Thursday- (5:00 am to 3:30 pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $15.50 per hour
